Verrado, in Buckeye, anchors the far West Valley — a master-planned community known for its tree-lined main street, walkable neighborhoods, and the Victory active-adult district, still adding new phases against the White Tank Mountains.
Both communities mix well-established neighborhoods with phases still being built, so the work ranges from new-home services to the first replacement cycle on earlier homes. This is the moment a Trusted Team is formed: before trade positions are set.
