Trusted Pro Connect (“TPC,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to submit through our forms:

Membership application: your name, job title, business name, email, phone, website, trade, additional services, years in business, number of employees, service area, communities served, business address, ROC license number where applicable, review ratings and profiles, professional organizations, and your written answers about goals, contribution, community involvement, and fit.
Trade availability requests: name, business name, email, phone, trade, areas served, and website.
Contact form: name, business name, email, phone, topic, and message.

We do not request financial account information, payment details, or sensitive personal data through this website.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. These tools collect standard usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions including form submissions, phone-number clicks, and email clicks. This information helps us understand how the site is used and does not identify you personally. You can limit this collection with browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share your information with other members or with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to and stored in our customer relationship management system, operated by HighLevel (LeadConnector), which processes information on our behalf so we can respond to inquiries, review applications, and manage guest reservations. Website hosting and analytics are provided by Cloudflare and Google. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Retention

We keep inquiry and guest-visit information for up to three years after your last interaction with TPC. Membership applications and member records are kept for the duration of membership and up to seven years afterward where needed for legal, tax, or record-keeping obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing [email protected]. You may opt out of TPC communications at any time.

Children

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
