Quality is the standard
Membership is selective. Every applicant is vetted before acceptance, and the value of the network depends entirely on who is allowed into it. TPC doesn’t just collect businesses — it protects the network.

Who TPC is for
- Hyper-local businesses serving specific communities and neighborhoods
- Reputable local professionals within TPC’s four approved categories — contractors and home services at the core
- MLM and network-marketing businesses are not accepted under any membership type
What every member must meet
- All licenses, registrations, certifications, and insurance required for the specialty — including a valid ROC license for applicable contractors
- Minimum 4.5-star online reputation where reviews apply to the specialty, with a proven history of client satisfaction
- Ethical practices, reliability, and professional communication — before, during, and after the work
- Comfort participating within a faith-based organization
- A relationship-first, collaborative mindset — collaboration over competition
How positions work
- One approved professional per specialty within each Trusted Team — specialty positions are assigned at the Trusted Team level
- Standards continue after acceptance — membership is an ongoing standard, not a one-time application requirement

What we expect after acceptance
Members represent TPC every time they serve a client, make a referral, enter a home or business, or put their name behind another member. Show up when you say you will, communicate clearly, handle problems honestly, refer only work you would stand behind, and support the other owners in your community.
Four professional categories. One standard of trust.
Every category answers to the same standard. These are eligible specialties, not a member roster — whether a specialty is open in a given team depends on current team status and TPC approval.
Contractors & Home Services
The core of every Trusted Team. Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage doors, flooring, and other residential trades — ROC licensed where applicable.
Real Estate & Homeownership
Realtors, mortgage professionals, title & escrow, home inspection, property management, and insurance — licensed as their field requires.
Financial & Professional Services
Financial advisors, estate planning, CPA & tax, bookkeeping, business insurance, and commercial lending — with the registrations their profession requires.
Health & Wellness
Chiropractic, naturopathic care, massage & wellness, dental, and fitness — holding the professional licensing applicable to their practice.
Strategic Partners are different
Professionals in the four categories join as standard members holding a specialty position. Strategic Partners are invitation-only organizations and resource providers that support the broader TPC ecosystem — they don’t occupy a specialty position within a Trusted Team. Learn more.
Not accepted
MLM and network-marketing businesses are not permitted under any membership type. TPC may also decline or discontinue membership over unethical practices, unresolved patterns of poor client experience, lapsed required credentials, repeated reliability concerns, or cultural misalignment.
Questions owners actually ask
Who qualifies for TPC membership?
Qualified professionals within TPC’s four approved categories — Contractors & Home Services, Real Estate & Homeownership, Financial & Professional Services, and Health & Wellness — who meet TPC’s standards for reputation, client care, reliability, specialty-specific credentials, and cultural fit.
What does specialty exclusivity mean?
TPC generally approves one professional to represent each defined specialty within a Trusted Team. Companies in the same specialty can hold positions on different Trusted Teams.
What licenses or credentials are required?
Requirements depend on the specialty. Members must maintain all licenses, registrations, certifications, and insurance legally or professionally required for their field — for example, ROC licensing for applicable contractors or real estate licensing for Realtors.
Are contractors still part of TPC?
Yes. Contractors and home-service professionals remain the core of the TPC ecosystem, joined by complementary professionals across the other three categories.
Does an available specialty mean I will be accepted?
No. Specialty availability does not guarantee acceptance. All applicants complete TPC’s qualification and approval process.
Are multi-level marketing businesses accepted?
No. TPC is built for reputable local businesses with real customers and real reputations. MLM businesses are not accepted.
What happens if a member stops meeting the standard?
Membership is reviewed on an ongoing basis. The standard is what makes a member comfortable putting their own name behind another member’s work, so it is maintained rather than granted once.
