How the Trusted Pro Connect model works, in seven steps: 1. TPC Network — one organization, one set of standards, one culture. 2. Defined Geographic Area — a city, a master-planned community, or a group of nearby neighborhoods. 3. Trusted Team — approved professionals serving that area together. 4. One Professional Per Trade — a defined position, and no internal competition for it. 5. Relationships and Referrals — trust first, qualified referrals follow. 6. Co-Marketing and Growth — campaigns aimed at the area, run together. 7. Community Impact — local service, events, and visibility where members live and work.

One approved professional per trade within each Trusted Team area. A Trusted Team may serve a city, a master-planned community, or a group of nearby neighborhoods — not every individual neighborhood has a separate team.

Clear positioning. Stronger relationships. Less internal competition.

Trade exclusivity within each Trusted Team is the single rule that makes genuine collaboration possible.

A defined role

Everyone knows who does what. No two members chasing the same job.

Encourages collaboration

Nobody is guarding leads from a competitor sitting three chairs away.

Referral confidence

You can recommend a team member without wondering who else to check.

Protects member value

The position you hold means something because it is not shared.

Co-marketing alignment

One campaign, one professional per trade, no confusion for the customer.

Strengthens accountability

Your name is on the team’s reputation, and theirs is on yours.

Questions owners actually ask

Is a Trusted Team the same as a neighborhood?

No. A Trusted Team serves a defined area — that may be a city, a master-planned community, or a group of nearby neighborhoods. Not every individual neighborhood has a separate team.

Is trade exclusivity network-wide?

No. One approved professional holds each trade within each Trusted Team area. A different approved professional may hold that trade in another team’s area.

How do I know if my trade is open?

Ask. We do not publish live availability, because positions change as applications are reviewed and posting status we cannot verify would mislead you. A real person checks and replies.

Does availability mean I’m in?

No. Trade availability does not guarantee acceptance. Every applicant completes TPC’s qualification and approval process.

Is your trade available in a Trusted Team?

Ask about your trade in the area you serve, or apply to join. Every application is personally reviewed against TPC’s membership standards.
