Why local business owners join TPC

Trusted Pro Connect is a faith-based business ecosystem across the Phoenix Valley — built by home-service pros, open to four categories of reputable local professionals. Here is what membership gives your business.

One professional per specialty

Hold a defined specialty position inside your Trusted Team, with no other company from your category competing inside it.

Trusted referral relationships

Build real relationships with complementary professionals who can confidently recommend your company.

Hyper-local co-marketing

Work with your team to raise visibility in the communities you already serve, instead of buying impressions across a whole metro.

Business growth resources

Education, accountability, leadership development, technology, and trusted B2B resources aimed at how your company actually runs.

Community recognition

Local visibility earned through events, service, and consistent presence where you live and work.

Faith-based community

Grow alongside business owners committed to integrity, service, leadership, and biblical values.

Who TPC serves

Four categories. One team standard.

TPC began with contractors and home-service companies — and they remain the core of every Trusted Team. Standard membership now spans four complementary professional categories, with each specialty held by one approved member per team.

Contractors & Home Services

Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage doors, flooring, landscaping, restoration, and other residential trades.

Real Estate & Homeownership

Realtors, mortgage professionals, title & escrow, home inspection, property management, and insurance.

Financial & Professional Services

Financial advisors, estate planning, CPA & tax, bookkeeping, business insurance, and commercial lending.

Health & Wellness

Chiropractic, naturopathic care, massage & wellness, dental, and fitness professionals.

These are eligible specialties, not a member roster. Whether a specialty is open in a given Trusted Team depends on current team status and TPC approval.

Your place on the team

Serve specific communities alongside a team of trusted pros

Picture your company working the same neighborhoods as a team of roofers, plumbers, electricians, restoration pros, and landscapers — alongside a Realtor, a lender, and a wellness professional — with your specialty represented by you alone. They understand what you do. They have seen the quality of your work. They serve the same streets you do.

So when the right opportunity comes up in that neighborhood, your company is the one they already know and trust.

You are no longer growing entirely alone.

How the model works

A Trusted Team is one organization’s standard applied to one defined area — a city, a master-planned community, or a group of nearby neighborhoods.

One area

Each team serves a defined geographic area, not a single street or subdivision.

One pro per specialty

A defined specialty position inside that area, with no internal competition for it.

One shared effort

Referral relationships, co-marketing, and community presence, run together.

More than a referral meeting

Traditional networking groups do useful work. TPC is built for something different — complementary local specialties, organized by geography.

Traditional networking often centers on

  • Weekly attendance requirements
  • Short commercials and card passing
  • Broad business categories
  • Referral exchange as the main event
  • General business membership

Your Trusted Team is built around

  • Complementary local specialties — home services at the core
  • Geographic Trusted Teams
  • One approved professional per specialty
  • Hyper-local co-marketing
  • Leadership and business resources
  • Community involvement and faith-based culture

We don’t compete — we complete. Together, we all win.

The TPC hyper-local co-marketing engine

Advertising across a whole metro buys impressions from people who will never call you. A Trusted Team pointed at one area buys repetition in front of the same households — from several trusted names at once.

One engine. Many communities. Greater local impact.

The Hyper-Local Trusted Team Co-Marketing Engine — Trusted Teams connected to marketing efforts including community e-mail marketing, the ProConnect SEO platform, a community Facebook page, door hanger distribution, geo-targeted Facebook ads, EDDM and community events.

Selective by design

Quality is the standard

TPC is not open to everyone. Membership is reviewed so that every professional on a Trusted Team is someone the others can confidently put their own name behind.

Specialty availability does not guarantee acceptance. All applicants must complete TPC’s qualification and approval process.

  • Residential home-service business
  • Strong professional reputation
  • Valid licensing where applicable
  • Proven customer satisfaction
  • Professional communication
  • Community involvement
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Alignment with TPC culture and values
  • One approved professional per specialty within each Trusted Team Area

What you probably want to know

What is Trusted Pro Connect?

Trusted Pro Connect (TPC) is a faith-based Arizona professional business network. It organizes reputable local professionals — contractors and home-service companies at the core, alongside real estate, financial, and health & wellness pros — into hyper-local Trusted Teams: one approved professional per specialty in each team’s defined area.

Who can join Trusted Pro Connect?

Qualified professionals across TPC’s four membership categories: Contractors & Home Services, Real Estate & Homeownership, Financial & Professional Services, and Health & Wellness. Eligibility is not membership — every applicant completes TPC’s qualification and approval process.

Are contractors still the heart of TPC?

Yes. TPC was built by and for home-service professionals, and they remain the core of every Trusted Team. The expanded categories add the complementary professionals those companies naturally refer to and work alongside.

How is TPC different from BNI or other networking groups?

Traditional networking groups serve every business category and center on meeting attendance and referral exchange. TPC builds teams of complementary local specialties anchored in home services, organizes by geography instead of by chapter, and adds hyper-local co-marketing, business coaching, and community impact. See the full comparison.

Can two companies from the same specialty join?

Not within the same Trusted Team. One approved professional holds each specialty inside a team’s defined area. Companies in the same specialty can hold positions on different Trusted Teams. The same rule applies across categories — one Realtor, one lender, one chiropractor per team.

Does TPC generate leads for members?

TPC is not a lead-selling service. Referral opportunities develop through relationships with complementary professionals who know and trust your work, reinforced by coordinated local marketing. Nothing is guaranteed — participation and professionalism drive results.

Is TPC only for Christians?

TPC is openly faith-based and its culture is grounded in biblical values — integrity, service, and leadership. Membership decisions center on reputation, professionalism, and cultural alignment; owners who respect that culture are welcome to apply.

How much does membership cost?

Membership investment is discussed directly during the qualification process, after specialty availability is confirmed — it varies by Trusted Team and program participation. Checking your specialty costs nothing and does not obligate you.

Is my specialty available?

Availability differs by Trusted Team. Send us your specialty and the area you serve, and TPC will confirm the current specialty position for that team.

Can I attend before committing?

Yes. Attend a Trusted Team gathering as a guest and experience the model before you apply. Meeting details are confirmed directly so you receive the most current schedule.

What happens at a meeting?

Members build relationships, discuss opportunities, learn together, and plan local growth initiatives. It is working time, not a round of commercials.

How are members selected?

TPC reviews reputation, licensing where applicable, customer experience, professionalism, and cultural alignment. Members hold the licenses, registrations, and certifications applicable to their specialty — a valid ROC license for contractors — plus a minimum 4.5-star online reputation and a proven history of customer satisfaction. MLM businesses are not accepted.

Is specialty exclusivity network-wide?

No. One approved professional holds each specialty within each Trusted Team area. A different approved professional may hold that specialty in another team’s area.

Is a Trusted Team the same as a neighborhood?

No. A team serves a defined area — a city, a master-planned community, or a group of nearby neighborhoods. Not every neighborhood has a separate team.

Does applying obligate me to anything?

No. Applying is a request to be considered. Every application is personally reviewed, and specialty availability does not guarantee acceptance.

How membership works →

Is your specialty available in a Trusted Team?

Ask about your specialty in the area you serve, or apply to join. Every application is personally reviewed against TPC’s membership standards.
